When users try to access to any POWER BI dashboard, which they don't have access to, it would be nice to custom Pop up to ask them to raise request to access it, instead of generic one.

This is sooo frustrating. Users are left wondering why nobody has responded to their request, with the requests only visible in the workspace. In my organisation, for audit considerations we need would-be users to submit a ticket through our ServiceNow facility before being granted access so it can be approved by a manager. Manual reconciliation is the only way to sort out the resulting mess. Not cool. PLEASE FIX!

You can set a custom message for dataset access, but not for report/app access. This must be an oversight, everybody needs this so they can allow staff to follow company process properly. Please add this in as soon as possible.

I would also like to see a url redirect option. I would love to have it direct the requestor to our ticketing system where requests should go.

I suspect this is a standard requirement for almost any enterprise-level customers that is trying to use Power BI as an enterprise reporting platform. My guess is that people just don't know that this is the place where they need to vote for the feature. As a former Microsoft employee and long-time Microsoft enterprise customer, I suspect that this is another example where enterprise IT feels that Microsoft isn't really developing solutions that are focused on organizations that follow best practices in segregating development from security and operational management.

This would be very helpful! It will help push the access request to the correct workstream and result in better handling of the request.

Hi, most of our Power BI assets are secured using managed process (both access section & RLS) which makes "request access" feature totally inopportune and annoying. We really need to be able to manage the feature at workspace level or at least at tenant level.
