When users try to access to any POWER BI dashboard, which they don't have access to, it would be nice to custom Pop up to ask them to raise request to access it, instead of generic one.

We would like to disable or hide the end user option/ button/ window where they can request access to a dashboard on which they landed after opening a url from a dashboard which is not shared with them.
All our corporate reports are shared via dashboards via dynamic updated universal (A)AD groups.
There is no need for end users to request access via the default powerbi request access button. Yet they are able to do so on dashboards which they don't have access to. These requests are sent to the workspaceowner, which doesn't have a emailbox. Endusers are waiting for an repsonse, but adminitrators only see this request after explicitly opening the dashboard sharing window.

The disable feature needs to be added for this. We are also a company using AD groups and when users request using this button, it confuses them when I decline access after adding their AD group to the access list.

MUCH NEEDED! All big companies likely have a well thought-through access governance. This message creates big confusion and frustration. Great if the message could at least be deselected - but preferable modified to give an answer in line with our access governance.

Our company is also using AD Groups which has been great so that termed employees get removed. If we could just turn off the ability and allow a different message, it would be so much cleaner and our users would have a better experience.

It is essential to manage access based on ADD groups.

Our corporation leverages Imprivata for access to various applications and standardized licensing as well as AD Group management through that solution. The lack of an option to direct user traffic with a custom message is an easy adoption barrier to fix with this solution.As others have mentioned before, incorporating the same logic for App Developer to set "Request Access" as what exists for dataset request access options.For example,"A request for application permissions is sent in an email to owner"OR"User requesting access will get the following instructionsInstructions: *........................."
