    It's hard to convince colleagues to use Power BI in case they using linux. With a Linux version (ubuntu?) of the Power BI Desktop they would not need to install a VM or similar.

    We are not considering bringing Power BI Desktop to Linux anytime soon; however, we do plan to bring more and more authoring capabilities from Power BI Desktop into the web experience.

    Linux version of PowerBI is a very good idea, please consider that.

    Microsoft should consider all users irrespective of their OS
