There is no Circular Packing Chart in Power BI (weather default visual or custom visual), but we can using R to generate it (see www.r-graph-gallery.com/circle-packing.html).
While it is sad that Power BI dose not support the [packcircles] package.
These limitations make it difficult for R language to play in Power BI,
we hope that PBI team can continue to expand R package support including [packcircles] !
