Extension of the REST API for managing permissions on dataset / app level

Hi,

We work with separate data and reporting workspaces to centralise the datasets and to decentralise the report development. The reports are distributed to the consumers via apps.
However, the app consumers do not have direct access to the data and reporting workspaces. As a result, the consumers need a "read" permission to the underlying datasets in addition to the app permission.

Currently, it is not possible to get permissions for a dataset (Read, Build, Reshare) or an app via REST API. It is also not possible to grant permissions at this level via REST API. It is currently only possible to read and assign permissions at the workspace level.

Please think about adding these functionalities.
