    Power BI REST API Enable/Disable Refresh Remember Failure Notification Contacts

    Issue: When disabling and enabling scheduled refresh via the API, the users configured for notifications are not persistent.

    Recommended Solution: Either allow to configure within the payload or to persistently remember setting when enabling / disabling scheduled refresh.
