Insert rows and drag multiple visuals in mobile view

Scenario: you have just finished developing the mobile view of the page, and you need to add an additional element on top, for example - a header. Then you need to move every single visual manually.
If you have a pretty long report with many visuals - then you have to change the position of each visual.

- Allow inserting blank rows above or below the visual in the mobile grid, like the standard option in Excel - insert row;
- Allow dragging multiple selected visuals, not just one.
