Allow GIS polygons to be added via PowerBI (NOT AS REFERENCE LAYERS) in ArcGIS extension for PowerBI so that interacting with map polygons can trigger filters, visualization changes, interactions with non-spatial data contained in dashboard. As of now, it's only possible to bring in point datasets that associate with non-spatial data in PowerBI.
