Currently the CQD (Call Quality Dashboard) Power BI connector only works when using Power BI Desktop but is not compatible with the Power BI service for GCC (per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/cqd-power-bi-connector#limitations). Not having the ability to host, publish, and share these dashboards through the Power BI service has made it harder to onboard and administer Teams as a phone system within our organization and reduced the overall value we can receive from Teams as a phone system.
