More alignment and formatting options for visual header tooltips

This should have been implemented from the get-go. We need more alignment and formatting options for the visual header tooltips because the current default alignment (right-align) for visual header tooltips looks very odd when the tooltip appears on the left side. It should either automatically align facing against the visual header icon or let the user specify which side to align it to.

There should be formatting options as well, like being able to modify the size of the tooltips, font, formatting and text color options.
