Broadcast notifications and updates to Power BI users across the organization - Fabric Admin Tenant settings feature

Need a feature to announce, notify or provide updates for large audience of an organization on Power BI service portal.

example: if there is an Enterprise power BI gateway maintenance, a pop up should be displayed when user opens the power BI service portal in an organization.

This remains internal to the organization and can be managed by Power BI / Fabric Administrator.

Feature to be added in Tenant settings with multiple delegation options same as existing ones.
