    Allow 'Analyze in Excel' to data with RLS

    Currently you cannot analyse in Excel data that is associated with an RLS. I believe you should be able to do that if you are included in the RLS.

    This works but only when you publish via an App. Dont use a workspace for analyze in excel as you will have to grant users the Contributor role which then ignores your RLS
