To assist bookmark management (which is a bit of a nightmare), the bookmarks pane could have a hierarchy view which shows bookmarks sorted by page name. A long list of bookmarks which are located on many pages is difficult to maintain. If you could view bookmarks by page, like you have filter hierarchy but for bookmarks by page, that would be great.

please carry this feature over to personal bookmarks that are just in the service. Add the ability to click on them move up/down
