The Desktop version of Power BI does not have a Global Font Size option such as what is found in Excel.
What this Global Font Size would do is set the font size for any visuals added to Reports. The issue I have come across that this would address is that when I drag a field from the Fields area it creates a list; but, if I change this list to a Slicer, the font size increases by 2 points.
It would nice to have consistent font sizing throughout the Visuals experience.

Being over 70 with eyesight diminishing rapidly, being able to set the font size globally would be very helpful

This would be such a valuable enhancement. I find the current defaults too small almost all of the time. Changing all of the font sizes for each visualization is a very time consuming, manual process. I would be thrilled if we could do this in themes.

Please MS let us have the ability to change the default size for all the visuals without having to go one by one..it takes more time to change the font size than to build a visual.

Setting Default fonts and size in very useful save us a lot of time and also we can create visuals with consistant look

I would settle for a blog post on using themes to set this and ability to create a default theme

It would be great to select multiple tables and adjust the font. Similar to word, you can change the font of your whole document, or you can select what fonts to change, etc. Similar functionality would be awesome!!

100% agree, alot of times you are experimenting with calculations and making sure your measures are done right, so putting together a bunch of tables is a fast and easy way, BUT when you constantly have to adjst the font size for EVERY table. that is very annoying!! Why did they decide an 8 font text size would be the most appropriate default setting?? Tableau default is 10, but Tableau makes it much easier to have default fonts for you data and viz.. its 2018 and still no default font size for a table with PBI. they focus on ML and not getting the basic right

My office has asked me to improve the font size as we review dashboards on the big screen. As I am discovering, this issue has been requested to be fixed for 2 years and nothing has been done, accept trying workarounds. With this related so much to Excel, why is this so difficult to resolve,
