Add and remove columns via bookmarks

Allow bookmarks/buttons to change the fields included in a visual. We have a requirement for a simplified UI for our reports in which the user presses a button to add or remove a field from a report. There may be 10 or more fields, and any combination of these fields may be selected. This is functionally equivalent to adding or removing a field via the Fields pane but management don't want the fields pane shown, and would like a subset of the items to be selectable. We are using SSAS live connections (standard edition) so can't use perspectives or change the data model to simplify the available fields. This is to match the functionality of a competitors product - which management have decided to continue to use unless Power BI can replicate the "simple" interface. This idea is not the same as changing column visibility of which there are multiple existing ideas, as adding / removing columns would change the level at which the data is aggregated in tables and matrices.
