Have a Dataflow kick off when a previous Dataflow completes

It is somewhat common to have to use multiple Dataflow's in a daisy-chain type scenario where one Dataflow has to complete prior to another one starting. At this time, this can only be done by experimenting the timing of this manually and hoping that one dataflow in the process doesn't go long unexpectedly.

The idea is to add the ability/option for a Dataflow to start when a previous Dataflow completes, maybe immediately or a short time after, so that it is not a manual process.
