Create a useful symbol map

The shape map allows users to color a map with region lines, but it would be more useful to have a map with actual symbols or shapes on it to represent data. This would be more accessible for color blind users than shading with different colors.

We should be able to build a basic map, then plot shape on it to represent data, and then filter where that data is. E.g., a map of a state divided by county lines with a different symbol for each division to show where they served clients. At the moment, symbology changes all shapes together (no many how divisions they are all the same shape) rather than allowing a specific shape for each division.
