User experience should be:
1) Create a Card Visual and add additional Visual Level Filters
2) Click on the Card number will do the following:
- apply the visual level filters as cross filter or cross highlight to other visuals on the page
- visually highlight the number / card visual so the user sees it was selected

This is a much much needed option. Simple to use while keeping the beauty of cards intact. Unfortunately as of now, cards becomes useless as they do not filter down on the data. Have to add a table/matrix and compromise on design. This would be a great relief. @Microsft powerbi team -> Hear Hear !!
