Consider last report refresh/update based on GMT as an optional feature in Power BI Service Reports, likewise we get it in the Dataset and Dashboard sections.
Today, we have to set a Local.Now () function and, depending on the server's time zone and daylight savings, make calculations to get the last local refresh of a report.

Surprised this doesn't have more upvotes. The scheduler breaks twice a year unless a fix is made for this.
