In my time working with Power BI, I've found that may clients don't really understand how databases work, nor do they have any interest in figuring them out. For this reason, I think it would be cool to have a visual that will allow end users to add data in table format. Give them the ability to add columns and rows to this table and possibly specify headers. Have the visual create a (hidden) table on the back end, just like you would with the "Enter Data" feature.

I think this would be tremendously useful for users who are not really that interested in learning how Power BI works. They really just want something that will "just work".

Once we have this, then maybe we could get a microsoft flow trigger that would be able to pull data from Power BI and copy the data to a table in SQL Server or whatever database. Then once the user inputed table is in the database the possibilities are endless! However, it would still be tremendously useful to give my clients a spreadsheet/table in Power BI that they could make changes to and then see the changes reflected in their data.
