Hi, We have added a fucntionality to set alerts and send email messages when data goes beyond alerts. https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-set-data-alerts/ It is not WhatsApp integration, but give it a try and let us know if satisfies your needs. If not satisfied, feel free to open a new idea.
