There is no easy way to apply one row level security role to many datasets and reports. It has to be added and managed separately in every dataset. Imaging that you have one role for a dozen of datasets! In this case you have to manually manage the list of users for the role in every dataset. The idea is to connect the dataset to an already created RLS role in Power BI Service.
