Slicer for number search

There should be a slicer that has the search options for numbers. The available slicer give search options for text only not for numbers.

I need this as well!
Now I have to change data type to text, and this is a KeyID column, so I had to change it everywhere to text. As we all know strings are slower than integers, please implement that!

Need search option for number and date slicer(Specially when we are using list for date slicer) it's every important and urgent requirement.

Agreed: Not having a search option on a numeric field just seems like an oversight.

'+1: Date ranges aren't always practical, and it's inefficient to make a whole new column just to convert floats to text

Multiple end users have asked repeatedly why there's no search bar for slicers with numbers in them. Only way is to convert it to text but then it's either duplicating data just to search on it or not being able to sum/avg/aggregate the numbers.
