Create multiple apps from same workspace infect from same Dataset without replicating the dataset multiple times. only option we have now is to update the app and only one app per workspace can be created which a kind of restrict the workspace usability. If we can create multiple apps share it with different users without creating multiple workspace ... means same dataset no dataset replication, will save the storage as well.

I would also like to know when this will be publicly available? It's mentioned that it will be available in july. And that month has just arrived. I would also be interested in knowing when this will be generally available (as in a non preview - production release).

Yeah. This amazes me. Melissa Coates & others have mentioned that using Apps is best practices vs. artifiact shareable links. You could have dozens of reports and dashboards in one workspace with different potential audiences. Right now, the only option is to keep adding content to one App. That defeats the whole purpose of a content consumer just getting access to analytical content that is of interest to him/her. But now, you have to give the consumer all workspace content that you would want to share with any end users in a single app. This is essential for businesses of any size as Apps are supposed to insulate the end user from all the clutter that you see in the workspace content window. My only option is shareable links until this gets addressed.

Hi, Is this still expected to be generally available in July? We are planning a massive rollout mid-July and need to know whether to create 20 copies of the same workspaces * 300 or just use different apps and have a single copy of workspaces.

Need this ASPA please, otherwise we will end up with tons of workspaces.
