Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a feature that is currently available in the cloud version of Power BI but is not yet available in the on-premises version, namely Persistent Filters.

As detailed in the blog post titled "Announcing Persistent Filters in the Service" [https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-persistent-filters-in-the-service/],

Persistent Filters offer users the ability to maintain their filter selections across multiple reports and pages within the Power BI service. This functionality greatly enhances the user experience by providing consistency and convenience, ultimately improving productivity and efficiency.

Given the significance of Persistent Filters in streamlining data analysis workflows and ensuring a seamless user experience, I kindly request that Microsoft consider implementing this feature in the Power BI Server On-Prem Version as well. By doing so, users who rely on the on-premises deployment of Power BI will be able to benefit from the same level of functionality and convenience enjoyed by users of the cloud version.

I believe that integrating Persistent Filters into the Power BI Server On-Prem Version would not only enhance the overall value proposition of the product but also demonstrate Microsoft's commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its customers.

Thank you for considering this request. I look forward to any updates or insights you can provide on the matter.

Br,

HS
