Ability to remove navigation bar

The old app used to provide the ability to remove the navigation bar not just hide it and I would love to see that added back. The audience features are great for some things the way our user/groups are structured. However, my team created a separate report that is essentially a link farm for all PBI reporting so that we could use RLS to present reports to specific people based on where they sit in the HR hierarchy and not have to manage access on a personnel/group level. Previously we could send people to the app link for a specific report and not see all the reports in that app. With this new setup it renders our homepage relatively useless because all reports in the app are always visible.
