I am from Tableau Background and i find that the Administrative features in Power BI are very limited.
For example, if a user complaints about slowness in a Dashboard, We do not have any Troubleshooting options/parameters to troubleshoot.
a. How to deal User complaints if the performance is slow.
Possible reasons and metrics to investigate. it can be due to any reason not limiting to
o Heavy Dashboard/Poor Dashboard design.
o Limited Infrastructure and more traffic.
o Network issues
In case of Live Connections/Direct query, we should have parameters to measure load times of different users.
Users might be connecting from different locations across the globe. in case of any bandwidth issues, this is a very key parameter.
