When using a page background in Power BI Desktop, I would like the option to make chart data colors transparent so that I can reveal parts of that page background. The biggest issue is that the chart background color (which is necessary to cover some parts of the image) works like a fill layer: when I change the data colors (for example data bars) to transparent, the chart background is the next layer visible. I believe that in order to achieve the desired effect the chart background could be surrounding the bars, not filling the background layer.
