Rather than users being provided the credentials for service accounts or Access keys for blobs, it would be better to have these values within a key vault and have the datasets, dataflows, reports connect to the datasources via credentials present in the Azure Key vault.
This would be a more secure way and would avoid sharing of credentials among users.
