We need this feature badly for a large user base solution. How can we get this prioritized? Is there any workaround? Is it across all the power bi mapping visuals? thanks

Completed means implemented right? I have just downloaded it now (June 2022) and do not see this feature. What am I missing?

Please add this features!!! Has this feature been added yet? Report tooltip looks great in powerBI desktop and PowerBI service, if the same feature available in mobile, that will looks so cool. I suggest developing team to add tooltip feature in mobile app also!

Where we really need tooltips is in the Phone View design mode. In many cases, it is impossible to tell one object on the palette from another until you drag them to the canvas and resize them. The thumbnail images don't provide enough information.

Each object has a default name, but can be renamed by the developer. If those informative names showed up as tool tips while hovering over the objects on the palette the developer could tell which object they were dragging to the canvas.
