Now when we export data from matrix visual in PBI Desktop to an Excel file - the 'Total' row does not get exported to Excel though that is visible in PBI Desktop. Please fix it.

The ability of having the Total row exportable to Excel should have been present since the release of the Matrix visual. Hopefully the Power BI team implements it soon.

This is a basic. Power BI has so much visual power and pitiful data exporting ability.

Everyone needs a totals row. This should be a top priority fix.

please trying to resolve this as soon as possible
for workaround we are using below information
we are using "Analyze in Excel " option found in power bi Services we can use this option so we get all data and calculated fields in excel.
