Please include .net for spark

We need to be able to use .Net for Spark. (C#)

Unfortunately Microsoft has removed it. That was a terrible decision. The .Net language bindings are great, and they are an important innovation as compared to open source Spark. There is nothing else that Microsoft has contributed to Spark that has more value than the .Net language bindings.

Please bring back the .Net ! It is critical to customers that want to introduce their existing code into a Spark cluster without needing to re-write it all, and create duplicate versions of the same logic in Python or in Scala.
