I have not been able to find a way to publish my solution to multiple regions and vary the regional format (Currency Sign, Date Formats, Number Formats, etc.) based on the location of the end user. So all my customer in the EU and Asia see "$" dates in 'mm/dd/yyy' format. I could do a bunch of programming and build in local currency tables and use Format dax to do all this. But wouldn't it be better/possible to set the Regional Settings in the local PBI gateway and let PBI do all the formatting? Or maybe use the regional settings of the local gateway computer?
