    Premium metrics - Aggregate data across capacities

    This idea comes from the Power BI Unconference session at Microsoft Ignite 2019.

    The Power BI Premium metrics app currently shows data for a single capacity. Data should be aggregated across multiple capacities.

    I am not too sure we need aggregated capacity rather than visually be able to quickly look hour by hour into usage across platforms - which one is running the best during hours to be able to help with load balancing (report may come well ahead of auto balance planned by Microsoft)
