As per document, when a user is given higher permissions than Viewer for a workspace, RLS shouldn't be implemented. When a report and a dataset is in two different workspace, it is not working. Please make sure that when report and dataset is in two different workspaces, RLS should be implemented as usual.

RE: RLS behaves differently when report and dataset is in different workspaces.
I would very much like to divide report and dataset in separate workspaces, so that all the datasets can be well controlled by users with the right data management permissions. The reports reports can be made by great report creators.
Also I would like to use RLS in the datasets, so it also works in the reports.
It should be possible for the users only to view the reports in the reports workspace, but not to be able to download the dataset, because we don't want the users to be able to see the full dataset, only the part of the dataset they are allowed to see based on RLS.
