Enabling "Edit Groups" is the most important part of this request, because currently it is necessary to download a workbook, open it in desktop, make edits to your group or groups, and then reupload to the Service whenever a groups need to be updated.
Adding this functionality to the Service would save a lot of time, because new items can show up in data that is frequently refreshed, and those new items often need to be added to a group.
Adding the ability to create new groups would be helpful as well.
