I have volumes of information to share with my teams that is best presented in tables and matrices. It would be a huge improvement if they were able to export the data from the visualizations and have the formatting in Excel match the formatting created within PowerBI.
This would be especially helpful for ongoing forecasting activities.

Cannot agree more! Need this feature badly to work on monthly analysis!
RE: Allow Table and Matrix Data Exports to Match PowerBI Visual
Totally agree! Please start this project! It's a pain when we have put in so much effort in creating the table visuals but becomes raw data upon exporting in Excel.

RE: Allow Table and Matrix Data Exports to Match PowerBI Visual
I would be pleased if the export simply had the columns and rows as displayed in a matrix. More than that would be icing.
RE: Allow Table and Matrix Data Exports to Match PowerBI Visual
ur BI users desperately need to be able to export the same visual in Power BI
RE: Allow Table and Matrix Data Exports to Match PowerBI Visual
Our BI users desperately need to be able to export EXACTLY what is showing on the reports to xls.
As after completing months of development of SSIS/SSAS/Reports and finally completing data validation!
We are now getting user approval/signoff, and this issue (non-functionality) will prevent Production Signoff.
So another month of Oracle, OBIEE instead of MS Power BI.
