    Allow Table and Matrix Data Exports to Match PowerBI Visual

    I have volumes of information to share with my teams that is best presented in tables and matrices. It would be a huge improvement if they were able to export the data from the visualizations and have the formatting in Excel match the formatting created within PowerBI.

    This would be especially helpful for ongoing forecasting activities.

    I agree with the rest of the comments. I need to be able to export this matrix to other people in the same format. Having to re-pivot defeats the purpose.

    I have to send the matrix result to a quality register in an excel file and
    Copying the matrix table "as is" is a must in this case.

    All of my dashboard users require the exported format to match the dashboard style...this is a must have!

    I agree this is a vital addition to making my users take this product seriously. The format does not need the background data, just a fixed representation would work for my users.

    Agree, this really is a key feature as the distribution of Power BI is pretty restricted cross-companies. Internally, Power BI has increased our efficiency, but without an easy way to get the data into other deliverable formats, it is only so helpful.

    If Power BI wants to remain competitive this is a "must have" feature. It is available in other BI platorms. It is very important feature especially when you have got the format correctly working in Power BI and the dowload does not respect the format. In order to get the attention from the financial community....this is a must have feature. Thanks. Adi
