    Allow Table and Matrix Data Exports to Match PowerBI Visual

    I have volumes of information to share with my teams that is best presented in tables and matrices. It would be a huge improvement if they were able to export the data from the visualizations and have the formatting in Excel match the formatting created within PowerBI.

    This would be especially helpful for ongoing forecasting activities.

    This is a major roadblock for our implementation of Power BI across the business. Our existing users are unwilling to give up their old BI tool if Power BI is unable to provide this basic functionality. Any updates on this item's status, since it is listed as backlogged?

    This is such a shame we don't have it yet today. For visual I can understand the complexity, but this isn't even available for views in table-format!

    Pivot tables are basic features for most reporting tools and is expected to be exported as-is into Excel or PDF formats.

    This idea has been backlogged for a couple of months now, is there any update on it? In most BI systems this would be standard practice so please release this update soon.

    Our end-users expect this functionality in place. It is counter-intuitive to them to ask to "export" something that looks nothing like what they were looking at.
