    Allow Table and Matrix Data Exports to Match PowerBI Visual

    I have volumes of information to share with my teams that is best presented in tables and matrices. It would be a huge improvement if they were able to export the data from the visualizations and have the formatting in Excel match the formatting created within PowerBI.

    This would be especially helpful for ongoing forecasting activities.

    Hi, This is very import features for our customers to export data in matrix format as our traditional reporting tool was supporting this. Can you please let us know as when this will be available in Power BI?

    '@microsoft - can we get an explanation as to why this will not be worked on and no time timetable? There is sooo much pent up demand for this feature from customers.

    You should see the expression of the common user go from this product is awesome to, wait, this won't export in the right format? It is the face you get when you find a hair in your food at a restaurant.

    This is number one thing I tell people now to manage their expectation on PBI. They usually go a different route knowing PBI does not have this functionality for end users.

    Please enable this option of Matrix Data export to Match PBI, Whereas Other Competitors like Qlikview & Tableau has this beautiful feature which is very much needed.
