Clearly outline in the UI which tenant setting is dependent on which and which setting can override which.
For example:
- ability to install a template app(which creates a workspace) currently is not dependent and overrides setting on who within the tenant can create a new workspace.
- ability to reuse datasets across workspaces also depends on Export Data being enabled( which controls live-connection)

There need to be an easier way in UI to outline and visualize all these
