Ability to have parity with Excel functions of copy past within a workbook
* copy a PV worksheet into another worksheet
* Ability move a worksheet to another location in workbook.
* Scenario for copying may be that you would want to copy an existing PV into another worksheet as a starting point for building out a new visualization
* Scenario for moving the worksheet with the workbook would be to enable simple re-order
