Please change the dialog box for conditional formatting rules for intervals to be more like in excel.
It is rather annoying that the 'greater then' part of the interval is always to the left.
At least have the option of choosing between all the options in both segments on both sides of the And evaluation. Meaning that both the greater then and less then options are present in all boxes.
