This was a feature that was removed in one of the updates a few months ago.
It was possible to select multiple people and changing their access (e.g. Read, Share, Build). However, after some updates in the past year, I noticed that the checkbox that allows multiple selections is no longer there. It is a huge hassle if report is shared to a huge number of people and needing to change their permissions, for example removing Build permissions for 50 out of 100 people, giving Share permissions to 20 people, etc.
