One of our clients is extensively using the "Shared with me" functionality (and not with apps) because the permissions differ between the reports.

They just started to work with Excel Workbooks that are stored on SharePoint and imported (i.e. Live-connected) in Power BI according to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/connected-pivottable-refresh-in-excel-for-the-web-is-now-100-available-to-office-tenants/.

This is working fine and users that have access to the underlying workspace can access the workbooks after navigating to the workspace. However most users typically work with "Shared with me".

Unfortunately Excel-workbooks do not show up under "Shared with me" whereas normal Power BI Reports and Dashboards do (both those that are directly shared and those where the user has access to the workspace).

It would be great if this functionality would be added in order to bring support for workbooks into line with reports!

Thanks and best regards,
Julian
