Please consider adding Prebuilt ITIL Service Delivery KPI's using data from the ServiceNow Incident, Change, Request, Project Modules. The prebuilt KPI's would save significant amount of work in creating dashboards, reports. Thanks in advance!
it's great that MS released the content pack for Incidents - I want to merge additional data from CMDB (and other modules of ServieNow).
We see that there is no connector for servicenow from Power BI. Currently we are using API 's to get servicenow data but there is much data restrictions on it.
We request you to help us with the connector for ServiceNow from Power BI Directly to fetch the data and it would be helpful for users.
Hope this feature would be implemented soon.
Why is ServiceNow Connector restricted to Incidents? We also need the facility to visual RITM's in categories, employee onboarding/separations, etc.
The support of single sign on and the ability to import ServiceNow data to Power BI Desktop needs to be implemented. Users have been asking for this for over two years now.
Why would you take away the ServiceNow content pack before replacing it with a new app? Why? Microsoft? Could you be more unhelpful? Arggggghhh!!!

Most of the industries have servicenow tool for ITSM. so there should be connectivity with servicenow because servicenow have feature to fetch data directly from url. once we fetch data by url then same url connect with power BI.
This would be super helpful for providing insightful data to stakeholders.

I can't believe there is no connector so far. I was excited to see the initial Content Pack from 2016y, why is that deprecated, why not have app service? It would be really useful.
