Occasionally, dataset and dataflow refresh processes take a significant amount of time.
For instance, a refresh that typically completes in just a few minutes might extend to several hours,
or in some cases, the refresh process might fail after running for an extended period.
In situations like these, it would be great to have a feature that sends a notification after a specified duration.
