For a report stored on the Power BI Report Server that is refreshed automatically, when the PBIX file is downloaded the original is provided. Provide the report with the up-to-date data instead.

It's already an almost 2 years old idea request so this feature may not come very soon.We are disappointed that users still can't download latest refreshed report from report server.Currently we have to refresh more than 200 reports manually before uploading. Basically they are just 3 reports and differ only in data source login info. This feature can greatly improve our efficiency.

very important, as it makes the download showing incorrect results ...you are not able to download what you see

Yes, you can download and refresh, but that doesn't work if the downloading user doesn't have access to the source system, and it also means that a downloaded file doesn't contain the same data as what you're seeing on the site so if a number is wrong, you won't know why.

As once refresh file is downloaded from Report server on the local machine, that file should show the latest data
