Option to have different display untis in a table

I have a table containing financial data, and the unit I chose to display it in is Millions (to 2 decimal places).

Some of the data is expressed as 123.23M, some as 4,567.80M, and what I'm proposing is that users have the option to show different units in the same table, where one column could have 123.23M and the other 4.56Bn, for example.

Alternatively, an option that makes the table default to the largest unit, and then move down if the number is less than 1.0 (as an idea), instead of manually assigning a different unit to each column.
