Title and Subtitle - please add more options to allow better flexibility with these options (Spacing, Line Breaks ...)

Hello, it would be great if you could make these changes:

• allow for higher then 10 spacing below title and spacing below subtitle - this would allow to fit some other visuals like small cards or slicer into to top area of visual. Workaround for this is have a rectangle shape with background and a the main visual with no fill. This only increases the number of elements on the page.
• allow to have spacing even if Title/Subtitle is disabled. Currently you need to have some text in Title and Subtitle in order to have spacing applied.
• Do not remove leading spaces in Title and Subtitle - sometimes I want to add some extra space, but you are removing these spaces
• Allow custom line breaks in Title and Subtitle. Please change the text box for these options to be multiline, same as for example the "alt text" textbox, you already have this functionality in Power BI

I suppose none of these changes would require some heavily development, just changing some parameters, would be great if you could work on this
